Biocomposite Materials
In collaboration with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Union College, we tested and are applying advanced biocompositess made with natural fibers such as flax, hemp, and cellulose across a range of products. These next‑generation materials cut weight, boost sustainability, and improve end‑of‑life recyclability.
Glass Defrosting Technology
We’re developing new defrosting solutions for glass panels that are energy efficient, quick, and eliminate the need for bulky blower units.
Entrance Ramp Optimization
With previous support from Cornell University, we’re developing fast‑deploying, inclusive ramp systems that make boarding safer and quicker for every passenger.
Modular Chassis Design & Manufacturing
LGM’s patented chassis platform applies advanced composites to both structural and non-structural applications, bringing sustainable, high-performance materials into scalable manufacturing operations. Our production process is engineered for high‑volume, agile composite manufacturing, enabling custom configurations, faster turnaround, and built‑in flexibility for future vehicle platforms.
